Default What are Cossie T3s good for, power wise?

As title, I forget I need to own a Cossie again, all my Cossie knowlege is finally dissapearing from my brain

I remember at one early point with my 3dr (before the T34/greys/30psi engine) I was running a hybrid T3 on greens running 25psi, so im guessing a T3 is good for at least 330bhp, but I cant remember

I know the compressor on a 4x4 T3 is slightly better IIRC, but theres not much in it, is there?

Gonna wang one on the S13 i think, thas all.

Cheers

Depends on the engine its fitted to as obviously like all compressor maps there is slightly more flow potential at lower boost, so as the 200sx engine is better form a VE standpoint than a crappy old YB, you can probably ring slightly more out of the same turbo without over speeding it or anything by requiring slightly less boost for the same airflow.

Essentially though, they are only really comfortable to about 300bhp if used as hard as you are probably intending to!

Im 100% people with S13s have got over 300bhp from their 2wd Cossie T3s, they rate em to a bit more power than Pulsar turbos IIRC.

300bhp will do tho. Standard engine tho, so wont even be running 20psi tho TBH, well actually, it might

Once it blows up (soon i expect) I think a Ford engine will be going in anyhow
