anyone figure this address out?
trying to claim some money back from post office as they lost a parcel i posted out
sold something via ebay to some guy from portugal
this is his details

Rua Professor Narciso costa lote 19, 5 direito, 2400-195 leiria
Leiria, leira 2400195
Portugal
i need to write his addy on the post office claim form, but dont want to get it wrong and have the royal mail not pay me out as if not put a correct address down
what bit is what?!?!

With the greatest of respect, Yes I can understand as you sent it via Royal Mail that you are making a claim thru them, but to be honest in this case they are simply the middle man, they will send it to portugal, then it's upto the portugies(sp) postal service to deliver it...
If your not even sure you addressed the item correctly there is every possability it's sat in some werehouse in portugal somewhere with a sticker on it saying Address unknown...
You would not beleive the amount of mail we get back that is genuinely sent out with what people assume is the correct address and the poor old posty can't find it!!
