Gutted..... crashed my car today!!!
I was helping my m8 out today moving his project car with my trailer as he was moving house, I did it even tho I didn't feel up to it cos of my job situation, I agreed to do it a week ago so wasn't going to back out just cos I am in a pickle job wise.
Anyway I had the car on the trailer and was stuck in traffic the traffic cleared then suddenly came to a halt the weight of the trailer pushed me into the car in front, my mondeo will repair ok it's just a bit of filling and painting to the front bumper/bodykit, I hit a mk6 escort and it's rear bumper was demolished I think the back panel was also pushed back so it will prob be written off (it was ascruffy get to work hack) the other driver was great and we just swopped details and carried on, when I got to my m8's house I found that the car on the trailer (a very rare cossie powered 2 door mk4 cortina) had shifted and damaged the back panel
so a crap end to a crap week
I had 4 years ncb on the policy aswell no doubt I will loose it all

Being a mk6 escort, sorry but anything more than a light bump will distort the rear panel, writing the car off.
I'm hoping it's very minor and the owner will agree to a small, out-of-insurance deal, and look to repair the car himself
