NTL Playing Up?

As above really,

anyone else got NTL broadband and it's taking forever to connect?

I couldn't connect this morning left all afternoon and it works now.

Got an engineer coming tomorrow as I think my modems buggered.

It's ok then dis-connects and takes ages to re-connect.
