Default Rally GB

I think that the rally has become a non event. It falls at the end of the season when the result of the drivers championship has usually been decided. I take nothing away from Sebastian Loeb but imo it makes the event a bit of a spectacle and nothing else, I would like to see it brought forward to summertime.

Paul,
it sure is the major events of old are not what they once were look at the circuit of Ireland for instance but thats down to running costs! Our two best events over here still ars run by local clubs(Killarney and Donegal) I hope next years wrc round over here runs well be interesting to see how the local crews do.I know top wrc drivers are in a league of their own but surely local knowledge will be a help.Look at Killarney this year a local mk2 was swapping times with Mcrae up Molls Gap

Best thing to do for guaranteed sunshine is go abroad

(Of course you wont get the crazy Irish local crews though)

Most of the european ones can be done on a reasonable budget, and you dont have to pay for the privelege to stand freezing your stones off in a sheep pen 100 yards away from the side of the road

WHAT EVENT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE AT THE END OF YEAR THOUGH?
WALES SHOULD BE VERY COMPETITIVE. MORE WR CARS IN THE ENTRY THAN MOST RALLIES THIS YEAR. LOOK HOW MANY FINISHED IN AUSTRALIA. 4 OR 5. HOW BORING WOULD THAT BE TO WATCH.

WALES SHOULD BE GOOD. WOULD LIKE MACHALE AND HIGGINS TO DO WELL
