Default Looking round my first house

Got the day off on Friday and have booked a viewing for a house me and the missus have found. Were first time buyers and its the first house we have looked at so im actually looking forward to it. Just had a drive passed it and havent been put off so far, so fingers crossed the inside will match the outside and location.

Any advice on viewing a property?

i have been in my first place i bought nearly 3 months now so heres a little advice .....

If u can ....... if all goes well and u really like the place etc etc when u view the first time ...........

arrange a second viewing ........

cos u wont believe what u didnt notice the first time round and that covers everything inside or out !!!!!

There is too much excitment in the head at that momment as u start thinking off what u would have the house like if it were urs etc

when i got me keys me and the missus were still like days after god i never noticed that either ,lol

good luck
