Default natwest madness

I know what you mean ::: natwest are a knightmare !!!! It should be illeagle to charge, charges that have only come about from charges!!! A togue twister but if you go say 5.50 over yr overdraft they charge you £35 for clearing that 5.50 item!!!! and 28 for the month as a unarrange borrowing fee!!!! Its crazy and there is interest: so from 5.50 you end almost 70quid overdrawn!!!! its crazy!!! Why dont the goverment stop it alltogether!!

I got about 1250quid over a 50quid overdraft overdrawn a while back and 840 of that was natwest charges and that doesnt included the interest:::: My mum went in (sad i known my mum going in for me but she has 200grand plus intrusted with them and if it got me overdraft down why not) and she kicked up a stick with her personal account adviser and they gave me £181 quid back as a good will payment and extend my overdraft to the amount i was overdrawn and reduced it by 140 a month till i could pay off the balance!!!

Plus they still charged mega interested ion the 1300quid just no more charges!

exact same here mate. fucking natwest are fucking wankers!!! i have over £4000 in charges to them and im just going through court proceedings to get the lot back. the charges they give are totally unjustified to the amount that has created the charge in the 1st place.

I FINALLY HAD ENOUGH MONEY TO SHUT THE ACCOUNT DOWN AND MAN DID THEY GET IT IN THAT BRANCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ONCE THESE C*%TS GET HOLD OF YOU THEY DONT LET GO!!! WORST BANK IN THE WORLS IN MY OPINION

I wouldnt say they where the worse bank ever.

I would say if you are bad with money like I have been or other peeps who have had a prob then the are awful. The way they conduct themselves when an account user experiences fiancial problems is appalling!!!

I call it the natwest vicious circle!! Charge upon, charge plus interest!
