Well I think I win the spending stakes for last weekend as I've just started proceedings to purchase my first house

Sold the RS three weeks ago, and bought this 2 weeks later:







I'm really chuffed with it as the location is perfect, and for the money its a really good size. My brothers an estate agent and he recons its a steal!

Yeah its north Dunstable mate, 2 mins down the road from my parents (how handy is that!! )

And yes the S2 helped, but I've been saving for the past year and also got lucky with some shares through work. My xmas presents wont be that exciting this year though
