the one i had recently was deliverd by my mate,he was sat on the motorway at 300kph in top but it was slowing down so he left it in 5th gear to keep the speed up!!!

RAMRAIDERS by me used to use one on "THEIR SHOPPING TRIPS".Kept out running the PATROL CARS and even the POLICE HELICOPTER.After about 2 weeks the car was that HOT they had to TORCH IT!!!!

Got some problems with the headgasket so its not fully mapped yet. It let got a 1,9bar. Aim is set for 900-1000bhp.

Yep we all yurned to own one of these cars when they came out. I was in my late teens and was trying to come up with ways to get hold of 25k for a 4x4 saph. When these came out with massive price tag of near 50k it was like fuck, you either needed a city job or had to be supplying lots of powder to have one.

Word on the street when they came out was they could eat cosworths for breakfast

there are a big family aroung here the "lewis's"
there are 3 brothers and they are really spolit and had everything even esc cos's etc at just 17 !
they have had the lot porches,cossies,the youngest hadf a madevelopments 330 conversion on his small turbo esc cos,scoobies,evo extremes thery have had the lot propper dream list stuff
darrn the eldest had a lotus carlton and was by for the fastest all be it straight line car they had !!!!
awesome would spins the wheels from 40 mph up in the dry without doing any thing mad !!!
it wasn't std but just superchipped
they where told it took it to near 500bhp
not sure about that mind !

Not normally a fan of vauxhalls but i love the carlton

I enquired about one as they are getting cheap. However, running costs if anything major goes are throught the roof 10 x cossie !!!

Seen a few reviews if the Monaro VXR 500 (supercharged). Sounded absouletly awsome and 0-60 in 4.5 !!

I reckon in a few years they will be <20k. Im aspiring to one cause ford refuse to pull their fingers out of their smelly asses
