Default Is this a good price for a bodyshop?

Im having both my rear arches replaced, and my front bumper repaired where i hit a bird(5 inches snapped off it and broken grill)

There charging £315 labour and £56 for paint and processing materials.

Is that good?

Im not having a new bumper mate, the key word above is "repaired".

All the labour is for both arches i take it because there being completely cut out etc

Thats the bumper, and behind it you can see the grill is completly snapped off where i hit the bird, they said they can repair that and do something with the grill aswell.
