Default Search function not working??

Get no results everytime I search, no matter what I enter as a keyword. Even no matches when searching for the word "turbo", just to confirm that the search function is bougus.. When will this get fixed? Been like this for a couple of days now ..

Pet has it set up so words like "Turbo" and "Cosworth" (common ford terminology) are not in the database otherwise it would come up with 1000's of matches every search.
Try to refine the search a little: I know it's difficult, I was searching for a thread about a 400bhp cosworth powered series 1...and couldn't think of anything to search for as "cosworth" and "series 1" weren't in there.

if you try serching for 'gt30' you only get about 25 hits. there have been more than this number of mentions about gt30 and i actually have a print out of part of a topic on here which mentions gt30 3 times in a single post and the seacrh can't find?

also when you get a list of hits and you look at one of them then go back you get an error message

I know. A real shame though as this forum is the biggest knowlede database for Ford (RS) owners in the world. The search problem is like an evil sircle. 90% of the new threads in here is about a subject thats already seen 10-15-200 topics. "What exhaust for my 2wd saph?" "What turbo should I choose with green injectors?" .. the list goes on and on. And when the search engine on this forum site obviously fails when there is to many hits, one goes back and starts a new thread and the sircle continues. Like a downwards spiral.

Hope some of the admins one day makes a BIG update for this forum, maybe even to a Invision Power Board

Search found 3289 matches

and it even found this thread ...

Also searching the actual subforums on here helps.
