get a decent weight gain drink with no more than 300 calories per serving, anymore and it will no doubt be loaded with simple sugars and fats and will be only useful for adding inches to your waist. Ensure it has around 30 grams of protein per serving to.A good diet with lots of protein and complex carbohydrates is much more essential than a supplement!

Have a look at Bodybuilding.com its a good site full of info and tips on training methods and supplements etc.

I used to use Prolab Whey Protein and N-Large which, with hard training and a good diet gave good gains.

I eventually turned to the dark side and ended up sticking needles in myself tho, it helped me reach the 20 stone mark with dedicated training and diet!

Seriously tho Id never advise anyone to use steroids but if you do consider it, consult your doctor and do it safely!!

Mick Hart has a vast knowledge of all thing steroid related

Happy training!

6 to 7 meals a day of the right food is far more important than a protein shake
