Car on V Car?
What does this mean exactly?
I'm thinking it's been written of or stolen and declared as a write-off or something but surely it would just be Cat C/D or something?
Thanks

V-CAR = Vehicle Condition Alert Register.
Could be any of these mate...
• Clocking
• Theft
• Hidden write-off damage
• Stolen recovered
• Police interest
• Any outstanding finance
• Registration and keepers
• Any colour changes
• Imported/Exported or scrapped

depending on the type of check you do it does say what
catogory write off it will be,the best i had was actually stating
1 stolen recoverd
2 declared a total loss,at differant dates
got in touch with last owner and the car went up in flames
who ever rebuilt my old g reg rs turbo did a good job though.
never heard of a car going on the vcar over a hair cut

Remember when i crashed my escort? needed a bonnet, headlight, wing and bumper. basicly a typical front corner shunt.
On the HPi report it said "Category C insurance loss - Vehicle extensively damaged but repairable - Insurer decided not to repair"
Extensively damaged? was it fuck
