Just had the local Chips away guy come and give me a price to sort a few minor bits on my car.....

bloke we have that comes to work is pretty good to be fair. fingers crossed your local guy is a decent chap!

 

Pay a bit more and take it to a bodyshop mate

 

the rugby chips away bloke is average at best

 

I've had a guy out from a company called smart solutions to buff some marks out on my focus (diamond black, the best looking, and also worst for showing up scratches ), and he did a top job. he even sorted my mate's stone chips out for nowt when he was here!

As far as i know they're a national franchise type thing, as i got their name from patterson ford in newcastle (I live in leeds) and they send out a guy from my area to do the work

recommended anyway!

Need them out again as some pillock's shopping trolleyed my door

I and I dont mean, 'Oh Dear' in the sense of ... oh dear you sad GOM for running to your pc to tell an internet forum that a chips away guy is coming to do your BMW

 

 

absolute bolox mate get it done proper or it will look shite within a week the paint they use is poor quality

 

Your brave, reckon i could piss a better coat of paint than some of those guys can do. Billy blow ins in your drive way is not the way for a proper repair.
