Not aRS500 T4, but does fit.
May be good, may be average, would work tho.
Dont look at big as a RS500 one.
Not 400quids worth tho.
If thats made by Zhenyang which i think it is, it will be decent quality, but wouldve only cost the original purchaser from the factory about 100quid plus shipping anyhow as its just an old school T3/4, nothing flash...

Its annoying that people selling cheap turbos dont put the name to it on ebay, as in some cases (like this Zhenyang stavros mentions by the sounds of it) they actually are a useable turbo.
People think cause its not garret its automatically wank, but really its just a case of SOME of them are wank, not all.

Zhenvyang is the real manufacturer, but they are sold, like Turbo Dynamics etc etc do with Garrett ones, under many other names by the middle man.
Zhenyang dont generally advertise to the public IIRC, and chances are this guy has never heard of em.

Maybe you should set up an Ebay store selling "stav-approved" cheap turbos.
Im sure people would be happy to pay a 50 quid premium to get a "cheap turbo" that is actually one of the better ones rather than enter the ebay lottery.
Actually no, i take that back, its twats on ebay, they would sooner risk death of their grandmother than pay a few pence extra
