It makes sense to me. White people still get arrested at Christmas and Easter and I am pretty sure that if a suspected criminal was inside an RC church, the police wouldn't hold back from arresting that person.

Yes mate. It was the first thing that came into my head as most white people are not muslim and a vast majority of muslims are asian/have darker skin (if you want to be more PC).

Think the chap from the Ramadan Foundation sounds like a sensible guy - nice to hear that for a change!

The police on the other hand are muppets. I'm sure they *think* they are being caring and religiously courtious not arresting Muslims during Ramadan for issued arrest warrents, but then on that scale, Christians shouldn't be arrested during the 12days of Christmas either : Orthadox Jews shouldn't be arrested on Saturday's or Sundays, etc....

Load of tosh our police services! All way too fucking over-PC for our own good.

If you fuck up, you get arrested. End of story. I don't give a fuck if it's your daughters 5th birthday on Christmas day and you are a christian vicar - you break the law you get arrested. Simple.

Well other than i belive the police probably arrest more innocent people than gulity ones, but yeah i agree with you in principle
