Seen it at Central day, and TOTB a couple of times etc.

The next day is not something I had really thought about before - I didn't realise how long it can stay in your system even if you feel fine in the morning!

Because no matter how much of a cunt you are being, you still have your awareness and reactions. Might not help at that speed but even at 30mph a drunk driver is a massive danger.

TBH with you i've not read the thread and frankly couldnt give a fuck what people say on here or in this country!

Everyone's got double fuckin standard's anyway!

If your mate wants some help them get him to tell the judge that he needs his licence for his livelyhood, i.e. looking after kids and getting to work to pay the mortgage etc...

that might be a smpathy winner but i don't think it'll do much in court

unles he's got a spot on brief, he's going to lose his license for being over, if they factor in other things such as no blood test or a printout back at the station to confirm their suspisions then he might have soemthing to bargin with, all depends on how the judge is feeling that day

wear a suit but nothing too flash, don't wear any bling, make sure your hair is cut and tidy and that you've scrubbed up
image is also a part of the story and if they see you turning up dressed as a chav they won't even bother giving you a second glance, if you turn up presentable ut not all gangster and look like you are ust a normal joe who's been wronged it may help your case

just make sure you don't drive to the hearing

You know what I mean though..You dont have to drive to the pub, drink and THEN get back in your car..

But you can get in your car and speed all you want, No one on this planet will do 30 in a 30, dont care who you are.. No one does it..

just because you choose to ignore the posted speed limit doesn't mean to say you have deliberatly gone ot the pub and got smashed before risking driving again does it
