Default HELP NEEDED

On returning from the Isle of wight RSOC day i got just out of Portsmouth and the Cossie decided to blow a water hose, after being charged £197 and it taking 5 and a half hours to get home courtesy of the AA of which the ripped the valence off and broke one of the bumper mounts for free!
next day got a replacements pipe and fitted it,
here comes the next problem, decidided t would probably be a good idea to change the oil as the temperature gauge went through the roof, jacked the car up to hear a strange tearing noise, stood back just in time to watch the jack snap in half and slam into the front wing . finally got the car jacked up and set about removing the sump plug, which of course due to my current lucky streak has decided to strip the head, i have tried everything i can think of to remove it but without and luck,
Any one got any good ideas as i am getting close to the point of setting fire to the bloody thing.

thanks in advance
Rich
