Personally, i dont really think the form of a web forum is the way to do it.

Be much better to have a standard webpage, with a series of contact details etc, displaying what you do etc...

No need for a forum IMO.

Paid hosting and a proper domain name ie .com or .co.uk will look far more professional.

Like abover eally.

If you want it for a business i think maybe the forum should be a feature of a website, with other info on, like what business you do, area's, prices etc etc

I cant see a business from just that forum

how are you going to make money from a forum based site?

Does not seem that well thought out IMO

who said anything about making money from that site. thats not how i want to run things. that is there just so people can talk about catering etc. not to make money out of it.

Yeah thats all good and well.

But without a pro looking site i dont think your going to get very far, sorry.

How are you planning on kick-starting your business ?

thats fine. i asked for opinions so not taking it to heart. well at the moment im working on some leaflets, speakin to some companies about there work and prices. also writing up a business plan on it all.

im going to start by doing little partys (had a guy ask me if i would like to do a party for his event in dec) there is so much that i actually want to do to promote the business..but just thinkin on how to go about it.
