Well I reported that coont a week today, and even phoned the local police who said they would send out a patrol car
And I get my wife telling me this guy is still parking right up the @rse end of the fiesta every day when Im at work and fooking off
Need advice what I can do next Legally as whats the point of reporting coonts like this when they just get away with it

Cant be arsed to read the other thread but the answer to your question is No.
Nor can you park it on a public road if its been SORN'd.
You need to report it to your local council who will issue a notice on it ususally within a couple of days. They will also write to the DVLA and report the car and the owner will get raped in court for back dated duty and a fine.

Maybe it's a copper and he's familurising himself with the road tax laws. Hey it worked for the 160mph copper
If it's not taxed chances are it's not insured or registered and possible being driven with no liscence
