The reason its cheap is because you build it yourself and its down to the owner to make repairs, ie there is no warranty.

But it cant be knocked as a management set up.

Talking to the guys at Northampton Motorsport, they mapped a 2.0 Zetec on carbs a couple of weeks ago, with some Piper cams in a Westfield and it made 184bhp, not to be sniffed at and it has all the features of 'commercial' systems.

Although they were sceptical, like everyone else, they've mapped a good few Westfields and Locosts with it now and have had very good results.

It would be the most cost effective.

But if you check out www.enginemanagement.co.uk they seem to do some pretty cheap stuff including Throttle Bodies.

Alternatively, just bite the bullet and pay the money for something like Weber Alpha / Omex / Emerald

All as good as each other really, try talking to the guys at the rolling road where you are going to have this thing set up and see what they recommend.
