Here we go!!!!

Basicley,pissed up (again) last night in the pub,got in to abit of banter with me best mate.. NOW........ He`s an olympic gymnast coach,FIT AS FCUK,and just a machine when it comes to gyms...

As more beer got sunk,and banter got worse,ive sort of challanged to that i can do a mile on a rowin machine quicker than him!!!!

BUT.......

Theres money on it too!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO................

Any helpfull pointers as ive only ever been to a gym once in my LIFE,and that was only cause there was a wine taisting event on there!!!

Lee, Fit as a fiddle,gym 7days a week,gymnast coach,

Pete,20 fags a day,and serious drinker,and al round un-healthy bastard!!!

HELP ME GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!

A mile doesnt take too long on a rowing machine. How strong in the upper body and legs are you? Get someone to show you proper rowing technique as thats the most important bit.
