HCS Fuel mixture - easy enough for a garage to set?

Pretty sure i knocked and altered my fuel reg the other day when i was re-fitting my air filter - is this an easy job for a garage to set properly?

wasn't hcs engines carb? i.e. no fpr?

Yes HCS is carbed, but on mk3.5 fiestas there are hcs's and a variation of hcs's with injection (CFI engine code iirc).

how did you knock it though? it should have a tamperproof cover over the adjusting screw? and then you would have only knocked it's setting about if you had a screwdriver in your hand and were adjusting it?

a garage with a gas analyser should be able to get it back to something like it though.
