Logging On problem

Can anyone help with a problem I've been having? Have another user name but everytime I go to log on it tells me user name or password inactive, altho I haven't changed password etc. Can anyone help?

I do now, 1st account I set up, ST24Lad, since monday it refuses to let me log on, so set up this one.
