yes there is such a thing
on a trackday i went on at the weekend there was this
2.8iV^ + t3 turbo +4wd

of course i held the ford flag up mainly because they all drove like pussies

Take Note....... this is what happens if you fit coil overs with helper springs....... but forget to fit the 225lb springs first!

the first track day I went to was at angelsey and there was a couple of the 2CV racers there. Surprisingly good on track if a little slow

was chatting to one of the drivers in the paddock and he reckoned they only had 45bhp but only weighed something like 500kg all up with driver etc. they were lowered to fook aswell, proper mad camber on the wheels

A few years ago there was a bloke in Salisbury Wilts Using XR 4x4s as donors cars and putting the engines and running gear into 2CVs, it mybe one of his conversions
