Any Snetterton race track veterans on here....???
Im in the process of creating a replica of the circuit for a game, I have the track itself laid out, but want as much detail as possible to complete it as accuate as I can.
Ive got a few video clips of people on here driving the circuit so that will help, if anyone has any photo's that too would help.
Ive driven it myself but a few years ago, so i know about the bombhole.
Any other characturistics that are relevant? cambers etc?
Is the start finish straight uphill slightly???
Any info greatfully received

Find it at www.racer.nl
If you go have a look, download the game and then before you do anything else give me a shout so I can send you a good car and 'Knockhill' race circuit. Its very good
Being open source many people get involved and design new cars tracks etc. and as always you can change just about every aspect of the cars physics.

Just a little update for those who know the track well........
Ive not got a lot of detail from esses,to bomb hole to coram curve although i suspect there's not alot there apart from the barriers around the outside..........
Any comments on the basic 2d layout so far???
Nearly all of the detail so far has been taken from the pictures you gave me, and some others I have.

This would be very useful, as I can edit the video to provide me with stills as a refernce.
Once created in 3d, I can move around the track and compare the stills with my creation and adjust the track to look the same visually.
Still nothing though mate, can you try and resend it please???

Anyway, perhaps you could let me know what you can remember about the track in relation to the gradients.
I just need to have an idea of the main ones. Dont need to know potholes or anything just things like:
senna straight slightly uphill,
riches and sear both flat???
revett straight flat???
esses flat???
bomb hole dip obviously,
coram flat???
russel??? seem to remember it dips slightly from coram to russel..... is there a camber on russel???
any of the above information you or anybody else can help with i'd appreciate.
Thanks
