the kit is awesome mate really and truly it has been tested to the death
it's as strong as a whores heart
can also do diff rebuilding/gearbox rebuilding ect
uprated VC's
uprated planet gears for 7 and 7.5"
parts are ready available on the shelf
can do 5 % lower 5th aswell no extra cost with the kit if needed (less revs more top end )

Nope Marco it not dogleg first, i have my old osborne box partly stripped justnow and i took a couple of teeth of of 3rd. The actual teeth arent alot bigger but they are semi straightcut and a harder metal, the box i have in just now is also semi straight cut but the teeth are slightly larger than standard. Plan is to fix the brocken box and sell both it and my good box then get a mullet asap. The box i have in justnow was built by atford motorsport, with uprated 909 gears and uprated vc.

well they are not cheap but everything is brand new casing/unit/cwp/plated/or vc , ratios range from 3.62 to 5.2

i think 90Nm is too much on tarmac car /road car 60Nm is enough
might push on abit with a 90NMm ok on gravel car no probs as you needs as much as you can on the loose

Hi. I tryed too get some answhere in the Norwegian Ford forum. but
looks like I have too try it here.
I have been looking for a cheap way too upgrade my vc in a 4x4 mt75
box.
the car is for fun driving in the winter and on ice water.
I heard that some have bolted theyr vc with steel bolts. and this menas it does not slip anything.
totale lock of the center diff.
Now. what will happen. what is bad/ good.
effect.
whant a 100% 4x4 drive. not part time.
if the stock vc is having 30 or 40nm of this fluid.
when this temperature get too 120degress. it lock.
and what will make the 60nm better.
only as it is shorter time too lock?
when driving normale. with either 30 or 60nm vc
the car will feel the same?
If I bolt my vc too 100% lock.
I still have the 34/66split??
as I read the epletic stuff did the split torque.
the center diffrential for normale driving.
when the front wheel travel longer distance then the rear wheels
when turning .
is it the normale vc with 30nm that cope for this diffrents??
