dont try too hard, everyone one of those attempts you have made have been logged against your account so they know you have been doing it.

if they REALLY dont want you to get on certain sites and you get round that and get caught then dont be surprised to get sacked for it.

They will also know what machine it was accessed from of course, so if its known in your workplace that you use that computer, they will also know that you are using someone elses account too, as well as what you are doing with it.

Well if you are allowed to do it and wont be getting sacked for it, then just ask the IT lads to give you access to the sites you want to use.

It may be that there is a keyword on that particular site that isnt liked, or part of the URL, what site is it?

Set up your home-machine with a VNC server, then remote-connect to your home-machine and browse to whatever sites you want to!

Assuming your work allow outbound VNC-connections, that is...

Website-classification would normally point towards an enforced proxy-based N2H2 system, which classifies a website by its content (chat, entertainment, webmail, news, and so on). If this is the case, it won't matter HOW he accesses the site from his machine (actual web-address, IP address, hex, Martian, etc), it'll still broadcast the classification for the website and his proxy-server will reject the viewing of it...
