** Cossie Cam Cap studs pulling out.. **
There seems to be a lot of posts lately regarding Cam Cap studs pulling out of cossie heads, and stripping threads.. 
Is this an inherent problem, or is it due to abuse over the years?
Interested to hear the views/experiences..??

IMO i wouldnt use a helicoil try the method i decribed in this post

All mine were exhaust side. Maybe its prolonged heat?
I spoke to Stu, and he reckoned that 4 out of 6 heads he saw had had, or needed (cant remember which
) attention of this sort!

I don't have the problem that I'm aware of... just curious reading all the posts lately 
when i come to change the headgasket I may well find different of course..
