Anyone a fan? Forgot how much I like Queen For me, deffo one of the best British bands of ALL time The two contenders for the top spot would be Queen and Pink Floyd - which is the winner is a VERY hard one to call! Freddie Mercury (RIP) was a musical genious, and was alos one of the greatest male vocalists the world had ever seen (IMO)

Anyway, I was jut out at the supermarket and they had the 3CD "BEST OFF" on half price promo, so thought it'd be rude not to grab it

What I am loving right now is one of their greatest tracks "The SHow Must Go On" being performed live with Elton John on vocals.... Makes my skin get goosebumps and my neck hairs stand up Top tune, and Elton has a SUPERB voice and is perfect for that track......

My CD player doesn't work either But then I usually play pretty much all my music through my PC anyway (which is hooked into the hifi via digital optical cable anyway) so I just ripped em to the PC library and play em from there

 

there actually the greatest band ever!!

 

I do love a bit of Queen every now and then..... especailly driving on your own so you can "sing along" without the kids thinking I'm stoooopid....

 

QUEEN....Fuckin genius.....

freddie mercury ....a lyrical geinus,

and one of the worlds best ever frontmen....nothing or no-one has come close.

as a band....quite possibly on of the best in the world ever.
