Gotta love the way more or less everyone jumps straight on the bandwagon and starts judging before they even hear the otherside of the story Nothing being impartial and reasonable is there?

Even if the one side of the story which had been given was totally accurate whats to say it wasn't an isolated case and the trader in question had lots of happy customers? Doesn't mean they should be banned through one incident does it?

Whats the betting if it was a less well known trader they would still be getting grief, its this sort of thing that can cause real harm to the reputation of a business. Also whats the betting if the trader was named in the original post half if not all the people who posted afterwards wouldn't have said what they did?


Sorry but it really pisses me off when people make public comments without even knowing what they hell they are talking about

1, its not his fault you were ill so couldnt finish the kit
2, it wasnt your fault you were ill so couldnt complete the kit

You offered a refund on the deposit and offered to sell the parts orderd

he gave me the cash up front to get the kit of me
he was told from the start rotors needed ordering as the 2nd hand ones where fuked
he so ovusly gone else where thinkin he can get his money back but he intructed me to get him rotors i got a very good deal on the aps so i got them
if thats the case legaly then i do it monday with his Ł300 cheque
and some bells and rotors

 

Used Zoo motorsport A few times. NEVER had a problem.
I am in the motor trade and have hundreds a regular customers. but it dont matter how hard you try you cant keep every body happy.

Yeah, i'd send the Ł350 aswell as offering him the brakes to sell on himself or you sell them and send him the money once sold.

Hopefully that would suit you both.

 

If he instructed you to buy the parts.... send him the parts and the balance of the money.... case closed.

If he asked you to get the brakes and paid you the money then he OWNS them, it's HIS fault he then decided to go elsewhere. I wouldnt of even bothered trying to sell them for him i'd have sent him the kit and told him to fuck off.

You wouldnt go to ford give em 15 grand for a new car, then when it turns up tell them you dont want it anymore and ask for you money back. Fair enough the timescale is obviously a bit longer but business doesnt work like that. He should of asked you not to buy the brakes if he didnt want them anymore.

Now Brom you diont get in contact with me very much i always had to do the chasing asking where parts are and the like only once did you get in contact with me talking about the brakes and that was near the end saying you had got plain rs focus disks which i didnt want then i payed more to get them grooved how long do you need to get them sent to me??????????? Then you got stroppy and said you would just send my money back so i said yes but you havent done it. I dont want part of the money back i have bought different ones now i would like it all back in full. So why how you not got in contact with me since you said you would give me my money back?????????

I have never got angry with you at all over this just been curious why i havent got my goods. For arguement sake if you bought some double glazing and they said to you it will be fitted in 2 weeks, you waited those 2 weeks and another 2 weeks asked where things were thay said they were having trouble getting hold of parts then you say ok no probs carry on tell me would you not be a bit pissed off when after 2 and a half months nothing had turned up? I have just read through the pm's from us both and the thing that gets annoying is the number of times you promised me the kit there is about 3 or 4 saying the kit is ready mate you will get it this day or that day but it never turned up, then you promise me the money back again a few times saying by the end of the week you will get it back and nothing. All i want from this is for you to talk to and resolve this but i just get ignored
