my engine expierd yesterday on the way home from USC at pod
i was sat on the layby one junction south of the M18 on the northbound side trafic was bad & i seen loads of fords passing on there way home from ford fair & pod
just wondering if any of you passed me & had a little chuckle to your selvs lol

its a 306XSI 5 door with an MI16 in it i think the head gasket has been going for a while but never mind
my mates had gone to USC in vans so just towed it the 120miles home
i think it was about 4/5 oclock

i broke down on the way to usc got recovered from watford gap service to bristol

wenny (mk3cosworth) broke the clutch on the transit on the way to USC so allinall think wee all did well to get home
i was also firs car in the campsite for the 4th year running lol

I never made it home last night they was so busy they could not get a low loader to pick me up and take me all the way home They put my car in a secure lock up and us in a hotel got home not to long ago! The guy who took my car to the lock up said it was manick none of the recovery services had prepared for this weekend it was one big fook up they was calling staff in and still could not cope they had silverstone, usc and brandshatch! he said he had recover 80 cars that had come from usc over the weekend

Cheers hun I got told of driving about nearly got my keys taken off me twice I wasn't even going that fast i think they just thought i was because of the noise They seemed very strict this year!

We only managed the Sunday this year as a load of people meant to be coming let us down Was Alex's car not there this year. I dont think I see it.

i had drove about 5 miles rying to get to the garage on the M18 but stopped when i hit the traffic

its not realy a shock that it went iv been topping the warter up more & more the last couple of months(i only use it once or twice a week)
it is however like everything else on the car abuse it till it brakes then make it better lol
