Default Best phone deals............

Im looking into the Sony K800i or the Samsung D900, but i dont really know much about phones and contracts really so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What the best deals at the moment on contract. I dont want to go with Orange!!!!

Dont really use it much for calls, more texts really so need at least 500 texts per month. looking to spend around £25-£35 per month maximum, and ideally a 12 month contract, but would have 18 month if need be.

Is it better to go into the shop and get one or do it online?

Cheers.

i looked on the O2 website and their deals arent anywahere near as good

shame you dont get a signal on orange

and when folk say that all their mates etc are on a dif network, that dont count for much these days as most free mintues you get with contracts are anytime/any network minutes

good luck to u anyway mate

Yeah, don't get the e900. The touch pad on the front is a bit sensitive to say the least.

Had a few bad experiences with orange this year. Stopped my messages without telling me, costing me about £150, then wouldnt refund me, and would only give me £20 back. Always put on hold for ages and takes ages to get through in the first place. When you do get through, the operator cant understand you cos he's from dumblegabbltonshire and doesnt have a clue!!!

Just got the D900 which is the newset one out at the moment. No touch screen front and with the 3.2 meagapixel camera. Much slimmer than the older designs too.

It was between the K800i and the D900. Tough choice, but decided to go with the D900, mainly due to the size, slimness and weight. The K800i is an excellent phone, but it is a bit bigger, even bigger than my old K750i, and it has that stupid cursor thing that ALWAYS breaks.

I think nowadays, most of the top model phones have very similar features anyway, so its just personnal choice on looks and size really.

Im with Vodafone now, £35 a month, 300 minutes, 3000 texts including photos and video messages, roll over minutes, stop the clock and free insurance. 18 month contract, but it seems that all the better deals are all 18 months.
