Nice one Karl, I'm sure she's a minter.

I can't say I'm surprised mate, but as you say it's the right car for your current circumstances...you might actually drive this one!

When are we going to see some photos?

Oh and you need a new sig. by the way!

Lee, the Escort went to it's new home a few weeks back
https://passionford.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=209533 it just wasn't useable, plus, the garage still hasn't had plans passed as yet, so we've got this as it can stand outside, and we can actually use it! Who knows what will happen once the garage goes up.

Here's a pic of the car in question, big thumbs up from me, i had to drive it back from Bournemouth (5 hours treck)!!yesterday and was very impressed.

Karl will probably post some better pics up when he get's some, if it ever stops raining

The escos and it will be for sale after Nat Day I've had 6 great years with the car and loved it to bits, but it's now time to move on. I honestly didn't expect to like my Evo as much as I do... but a 2˝ year old car is always gonna have the edge.

He didn't intend to use it much no Lee, but the car was kept in my mum and dad's garage, so if we did want to use it, it was such hassle going to collect it, then putting it away etc, plus, it gutted him knowing that he had so much money sat there and never using it! It took months and months to come to the decision of selling, had it not have been for Nick coming to us to buy it, it would never have gone up for sale. Onwards and upwards i suppose, i'm possitive we will have another one one day, just not now.

James, can you believe it? All that glorious sunshine.......and as soon as we get the new car, it rains like it's never rained before! Karl will be crying when he get's home as he can't go and polish it!!

Great news mate. Glad to hear everything's going well.

2 over on the back is good going mate. My golf has been a bit weird like that too recently, shot 82 last week (11 over) and I dropped 7 shots on two holes! I keep playing well for 12 or 14 of the 18 holes, but awful for the other 6 or 4. I can't work out why though!

Sometimes when you have a poor front nine you relax a bit on the back nine and play better. Vice versa when you play well on the front nine you might start thinking about your score too much and tense up and play badly on the back nine.

It's a crazy game!

I'm thinking the same with my evo, although it is still early days...

Just hoping the novelty won't wear off! Gonna get into trackdays with it, thinking of doing one of the novice days @ Oulton Park through the MLR...

Got to look into track insurance first..

We haven't seen any rain to speak of down here in weeks, I think we're expecting some today though!

The worrying thing is that it really might make him cry!

Arhhhh so no insurance that will include trackdays or do track ins at a cheap rate.

The MLR trackdays are good.

If you are going to Ford Fair, MLR are having one of their sprints days there too on the Stowe 1 mile circuit. The 40 entries are really good
