in need of some uprated stoppaz. atm i have ebc redstuff pads and discs. there not really any good tho!!


what brakes are best and whats the kindest one on the wallet?


on frst with standard 3 spokes!!!!! ma upgrade to 15" if need be

Get some 4x4 cossie calipers second hand and buy some decent pads, ferodo's etc

not suprised you dont like the red stuff, they are track pads

You can go for RS2000 calipers and discs under the 14" 3 spokes

Ebc discs and yellow stuff pads work well good, their good on the road and on the track.

mine dont really want to slow me down at all.

wildheart, what size are the rs2000 ones compared to mine, will they be a noticble improvement??

regardign cossie callipers and discs, any mods for them to fit??

RS2000 ones are 260mm and have bigger calipers.

Ones you have now are 240mm.

I went from 240 to 260 on my Escort and it made a big difference.

Obviously 280mm cossie setup would be even better but you'll be needing 15's.
