Mate, guts have got nothing to do with it. Yeah someone may be able to beat the shit out of you but it doesn't mean they've got guts. People usually pick on people that are in a weaker position than them, and that makes them gutless. Boss picking on someone under them as they think they're managerial position 'protects' them. They're the biggest wankers going, hiding behind what they think is a shield. Same as some 16 stone muscleman picking on an 8 stone guy. Same difference (but most big guys are the most placid and good natured guys you'll ever meet in my experience !!!)

Sometimes feel the same mate.
Not a harsh person really, so when you get someone being a shit to you, it is a pisser.
When me and a mate set up our business, we rented a room at a printers. The guy who owned it always tried to belittle me. Did in a sly way so that you couldn't really have a pop at him for anything.
Told me that in 5 years he had a date with a yaught and 1.6 million (his big plan). And that we should as a business drop all our little clients as they are of no importance and go for the big fish.
6 years on he's gone bust and runs a tin pot cafe and works his nuts off to keep afloat
The best bit...
We were doing some work for him and he expected us to drop everything to do his menu. One day he calls us and tries to moan about not getting it done that minute.
I replied
"I seem to remember a few years back that you told us to drop our small clients and go after the big fish. YOU are a little client to us and we have the big fish you spoke of. WE still keep our little clients as we value them. But taking YOUR advise we will put you at the bottom of the pile. If you don't like it i suggest you go else where. Oh and hows that yaught you spoke of?"
Was the best feeling in the world, especially when he siad he would just wait his turn to which I told him he could go else where as i just felt he was a cock of a man and didn't want to waste my time dealing with him!!
