Are you sure it's out?

whats it running like?

cos if someone has used paint parks on the belt and you are going by these they'll never line up again, well they will, but it's something like 52 turns later.

Maybe it wasn't a tooth out the 1st time but now it is?
Maybe someone needs to go to Spec-Savers

when i took the head off last week i lined up the crank marks with the timing pulley but the pointers on the cam pulleys were not directly opposite each other.....they were both pointing upwards by a tooth or so

i don't really undertstand what you've done tbh?

you had it setup and matey said it was 1 tooth out so he adjusted, you took the head off last week and then it was out still?

is that right?

do you have different cams/vernier pulleys?

Do you have alloy verniers and how old are they? Check to see if they are worn on the teeth.
