I'm going to look at an M-reg 850 T5 tommorrow. Full leather, Climate Control, Multiplay, Auto Estate. What problems to look for? Its done 160K with FVSH up to 145K. Done 15 in the last five years, mature owner. Its up for 2K which seems to be mid to high priced for the age/mileage. Other ones on Autotrader go from a grand for a 200K plus up to 3K for a sub 100K later plate.

I currently use a Volvo 240 Estate as a tow car but its on its last legs so I want a replacement.

I would say it was too expensive myself.

Theres been a few T5 threads on here lately so try a search.

As a guide we sold a T5 850 saloon with 90k fsh on a P plate with all the toys in mint condition and stage 1 tuned for 2.5k & it was a manual.

I sold a grey ex police S70 T5 with 90k on it for Ł2750 before buying the escos. If you look on ebay they tend to go for about the 2K mark.
Good cars for reasonable money.

The 850R & T5R are in a completely different price bracket to a normal T5,a T5 is a good car but looks pants when compared with the R model,buy an R model you won't be disapointed T5's are far too common.
