What, saying Hadlands engine should be put in a bin liner?

Looks cool over there, no blinkers or 2faced-ness, no sir.

A plain old 28R is a 330bhp turbo, no good to you mate.

2871R is 400bhp, but want summat like a 3071R for 450, or straight to a plain 30R for 500odd.

Here you go, heres the standard off the shelf official garrett setups.

Got to bear in mind the GT30s etc you see fitted to Cossies are hybrid turbos of sort, part GT30, part EscCos T34...

GT28RS
http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=GRT

GT2871R
http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=GRT

GT3071R
http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=GRT
and the slightly different internal gate version
http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=GRT

GT30R
http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=GRT

Oh, heres the non BB lineup of GT turbos too...
http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...ory_Code=GTNBB
Might recognise most of those compressors at least as the ones off MAD Rods car...

He was going for gold here on the chitchat, added some nice (but bollocks) cossie slagging on the final page or two as well

End of the day, what do you care?

Or do I spy a hidden agenda...

Rants like this have to be fueled from somewhere...
Maybe he doesnt like seeing people who dont actually know shit trying to sell people shit that they dont need or even know anything about?

That could be one of many possible things?

You spout off trying to sound all clever slagging off someone like Hadland's engine but you have NEVER done anything even vaugely close yourself.

Ive not got a problem with you, only disagreement ive ever had was with your OTT comments on the cheapo turbo, and the inccorect/backtracking after. The slagging cossies off on the 21 forum was a bit gay too, be fair enough if it was true, but it was bollocks just to suck the 21 guys off.

But back on track, I did notice the front page of your website uses this car, which is a mighty fast drag Evo from New Zealand.
Fastest in the world in fact...

Somehow I cant imagine you working with Speedtech to build that car, so theres the false impressions I was talking about.
Most clowns gonna see that site and think "wow, look at that motor hes built!" which exactly why you used that pic.

I couldve SWORE the original pic didnt have the your logo on the chargecooler and a chargecooler.co.uk sticker on the cars window.

Oh looky here...

Wonder if Speedtech even know?

Wheres that Stallowned pic gone?

:
Which as you can see is fitted with the chargecooler system I am the UK distributor for..

And I wouldnt assume anybody would think I built that car, as no where on the site does it say the company is a tuning company...

Maybe I will ring Yokohama and tell them that its false advertisement using pics of racing Porsches fitted with their tyres, after all, they dont build performance Porsches, or race them.

no.

They were sponsered by the PWR group. I am part of the PWR group..

Hence why I can use all imagery, media to promote the brand..

It doesnt say on my site that I build tube framed drag cars, so you can get the gist (and with the chargecooler on the windscreen) that the emphasis is on the cooler system only..

Right so would the gt30 be ok for 450bhp????? then there is still a bit scope for more also what is the best route to take regarding the internal and external wastgate (i know i would need a new link pipe for external) but would internal be ok for my setup also looking at all the differant types of housings which would i need for my 2wd saff............

never thought there would be this much to think about going for a gt30 starting to wonder if it will be easyer just getting a turbonetics that will just bolt on

Id love to know. This was a thread about cheapo turbos until you kicked off about them without testing and claiming T34s were available for 400quid, then it all went off.

Its always interesting peoples previous lives.

The Skyline tuner GT-ART for example was Trans4Mations who had a few boyracer looking Ren5Turbos and Turbo XR4x4s featured in mags back in the day, but he keeps that quiet.

And another big Skyline tuner, RK Tuning, was (IIRC) the Carberettor Centre before, and Ron had a pretty bloody fast black 3dr Cossie.

There loads more, but they 2 i just remembered.

You see, this is the blinkered view I see across this forum

No where in this thread does it say I said you can get a T34 for £400.

You said, an identical turbo to the one on the first post could be had for £800, and I said £400.

Anyone can see the turbo isnt a T34, its just a T3/T4 hybrid.

These were your own words.

Then you go on to mention, 'how the hell can you get it for £400 from UT or TT'?

Who the hell mentioned them?, are they the only two turbo companies in the UK. It seems to most Ford owners it is...

And then your mentioning two random companies, but the link between them is they work on Fords again!!??

Can you lot not get out of this 'everything connected to Ford world' mentality. There is a far larger industry out there....

Err, TT or UT are no more ford than Halfords is

AET, TT, UT, take your pick, all sell them for a LOT more than 400quid.

Why dont you tell us WHERE you can get a good garrett T3/4, with a warranty like you was banging on about earlier, for 400quid.

Far larger industry? Why you saying that to me for? Apart from two Ford V8 engines I own, my motors are all Turbo Nissans at mo
I still own more Renault Turbo parts than I do Ford bits

What was this massive tuning company too, still interesting.

Quick Reply: Turbo on ebay is it the same as a T34 or T4
