I have never had a set of lockers that I cannot remove with a smaller impact socket and a fuck off hammer....

Even bought a car for the misses a few months ago and the guy at the garage gave me Ł100 back as he couldn't remove the lockers..... 30 minutes at home and she was all sorted

I would also like to add that I've never damaged a wheel either....

We do this alot at work, atleast twice a week and tbh a hammer and chisel is usually best, air chisel is another good tool.

that tool is one used by the aa as we have it at work 9 times out of ten it does the job, it works like a impact driver, you bash the end and two curved spikes come out the bottom and embed into the nut then you can just spin it off.

hammer & socket is good aswell as mentioned, try hitting the nut face on with a punch to try and loosen rust on the threads, something else we've done is weld a big nut over the locker then undo that, depends on the types of wheels though.

Something else i've heard people do is remove other nuts then take the car for a short drive waiting for the nut to loosen, the trick is to stop before the wheel falls off so don't try it up the local dueller.

those are the easiest of all to get off, if you get any 4 ovalled socket-like the type to remove them bolts, grind 3 of the oval keys off and dress up edges of last one, you have a wheel nut key that fits any of those type. i've got 1 pre ground down somewhere in my old toolbox.

hth

as he said above!

be off in no time, also i don't reckon that tool will work on that style of nut.

Ultimatly drill straight through the fucker, providing you do so on centre it'll be fine when through enough for the head to snap off take the wheel out and hopefully they'll be enough thread sticking out the back of the hub to turn withyour fingers.
