urgent, can't get fuel tank strap bolt undone :(
help!

the two small 11mm nuts undone OK, but having problems with the 19mm tank strap blot. Got it undone a bit, but now the nut at the top is just spinning with the bolt. Can't get a spanner into the tiny square next to the bolt to hold it. Tried wedging a screwdriver in to hold the nut still. Still no joy.
Any tips?
