Excellent choice - Scania, the rolls royce of the truck world

got a bit of a soft spot for the bullnose series 3's - especially the V8 ones

Scania 8x4 tippers are fetching absolutely potty money at the moment - there's a real shortage of them. Whatever they CAP at you can ignore, most are way over book at the moment.

Nice truck mate, insulated body, Eminox's and easysheet too

wow how much

Is there really that much money to be made out of being an owner driver??? Without being sort of nosey and that, but I mean how long do you expect to pay it off.

Good until something goes wrong, like the hydraulic gear shift system Spent all day today trying to bleed one up

Can't go wrong with a Scania, just make sure it has had a good remap as have seen a few that have eroded the piston tops

Looking nice mate, I'll consider that cheap as we have a T reg IVECO hrab for sale for £17k which is an absolute shitter.. shame no grab though, but I dare say you don't need one?

Scania Units look the dogs, so nice. Although the FH globe XL's do it for me, immensly high and low at the same time

A m8 of mine used to run a trucking company with his brother in law. had 2 mercs and 3 scania's. The scania's just kept on going... the mercs where both broken 1/4 of the year, every year (not kidding). They ended up selling them broken, because the repair bills had almost ruined there company.

So i'd say either a Scania or a DAF (being dutch LOL)
