What about just taking it to a good local Auto Electrician? Then Karl would be a good shout. Thats the only place my car is going now. (Other than stu but he's 400miles from me)

Joe is the guy at Bluesprint. He's just down the road from me. Never had work done by him, but many friends have and he's a sound guy, not silly pants down prices, and none of them have had grief. Ill try and get his number for you....
You could try Field Motorsport ?? Had loads of work done by them and personally wouldn't take any of my cars anywhere else. They are based 5 minutes from Bluesprint.

Paul1rs, Phoned that number today and spoke to Joe. Guess what.... he's never heard of Mark Wright or BSW motorsport and definatly hasnt sold any WRC focus rods lately, and the ones he's got are very expensive and dont even fit the zetec!
What are the odds that knobrot happened to have a set of WRC rods jus lyin round his unit!? My moneys on standard rods that he would have got with the second hand block that he had to get after his other build failed.
WANKER.

Then there was a lad with a zetec s who had a turbo conversion, but that blew up because he was drivin it too hard aswell!
You dont have this sort of work done to go out for a fuckin sunday drive do ya!
Cant find the words to explain how much I'm pissed of with the prick.

How can he say it was being driven too fast, the fookin actuator pipe was split, by the time he realised something was wrong the damage was done....
Oh and Less where in Southampton are you thinking of getting your car tuned....

I simply cannot believe what I am reading
It was clint that intially put me onto Mark to sort out my Esc. cos rebuild and at the time he seemed okay.
Suspicions only cropped up when the rebuild took three weeks longer than it should and when going to pick it up it had an ECU fault, which granted Mark got sorted.
Admittedly I never felt entirely confident about methods of his but the car worked and done what I wanted to do.
I just feel sorry for all those out there who appear to have been done like a kipper, if it's true what you say it's out of order.
Surely someone knows where in Ireland he's gone ??.
Cheer's

fucking hell! i bet they are std rods in there, and he has done the off with your shiny new H sections!!!!!
i stand to be corrected, but if the above is true, id go round to him and smack him in the fucking mouth!

In defence of Mark @ BSW who i did use to supply...i always got top service.
BUT i was always there watching I had front shocks fitted by them and my cam timing done and CO adjustment.....nothing major but certainly no shoddy work at all...i think the problem was he let the underlings do most of the work and i must admit they didnt inspire confidence...i had Mark do my work and no faults.
Sorry to here your woes Brasso...infact i saw your car there parked up.

Oh Paul J, you ran too much boost through yours!
LMFAO i asked the twat to lower the boost after he assured me the standard zetec plugs would take 20+ psi and then repeatedly failed, in the end taking out a valve

Dave, Craig.
First time it blew up on the rollers, it bent one of the rods in two. I did get to see that one. Second time it happened the day before I was due to go a fetch it back and cockend had been settin the boost up with the car on axle stands when it shit itself takin out one of my RS200 pistons the block and a rod etc.., wether he replaced the H section the first time I dont know.
So yes originally back in June 2003ish I payed Ł600+ for pucka rods.
Mark rebuilt this engine at his cost so you can gaurantee its gonna have standard stuff that he would have got out of a 2.0l from a scrappers pressumably. When I questioned him about the rod he had to replace He said he got some WRC focus rods from Bluesprint who have never heard of him.
He also recons he had one spare rs200 piston, last in the country apparently! So its meant to have my original pistons.
Believe me if he wasnt fuckin off I would deffo be makin the journey down there to go sort the c.unt.
Paul, 32 psi he reconned you put through it dude!
The bloke is a total and utter wanker, hope he pisses the wrong person off wherever he ends up.

What happened with your car in the end paul?
Any luck sorting any of the problems Jim? I hope you have got inside what he said.
Only thing different with mine, is that I got mine mapped/setup elsewhere (Engine Advantages), same for sketch I believe. ( I think Clint did sketches)

Oh yeah Jim, have you plugged a laptop in and checked the filename of your map?
Jon, Been slowly sorting it, not been top priority though, went to Oz etc.
I have the head, cams, turbo, manifolds from Sunny's old engine & Bernie's MTX ATB box, also other things like cobra evo's and proper harness's fitted. Hopefully be finished next year
Glad yours is sorted now, are you going to attend any events in it?

Feel sorry for ya mate
