Default LPI (liquid propane injection)

I'm fucking bored driving diesels.

I want a quickish car with a rev range that doesn't empty my pockets in fuel cost

I absolutely hate turbo dervs (so bad that i drive a 60bhp NA diesel Xsara )

Not many manufacturers support LPI though, is it that bad ???

If no manufacturer warranty it almost seems coolish to get LPI custom mapped for an older car, say 1.8 turbo ? (1.8 because it's cheap tax in belgium )
