Default group a fuel pump

just fitted a group a pump to my sierra 4x4 just checked volts to the pump an its only got 11 volts when running is that ok

that sounds a bit low mate.
think ideally you want (at minimum) 0.5 V less than the altenator voltage at the pump.




EDIT: think mine is 13.8 or 13.9 at the pump.

That is a lot low to be honest.

My Dad's car is reading the same as battery voltage as at the pump.

Time for a rewire I think.
