Default SPAX Spring snapped in half! Help

Took the wheels of yesterday to fit new brakes and clutch and found this

There only just 2 years old! Have a feeling ive been driving round since feb with it like this as i hit a massive hump on the new bit of the M25 which nearly put me through the roof and the car landed with a massive bang and managed to bugger all the paint on my arch which i had repaired!

Where do i stand as i have no receipt looked all through my car history and its not in there I would just ditch them and get some koni's if koni done 40mm,but they don't and i don't want to adjust the height i like it how it is

don't just buy 2 springs cause you'll get mixed setup suspension as you'll have nice new springs on front then 2yr old saggy springs on back.

I've always used chassis dynamic springs
