What a story Fault A) the throttle stuck. Fault B) the brakes failed. Fault C) you was unable to put it into neutral
All at the same time......
then all the faults dissapeared on their own just before the car was inspected.... Twice

318 would never do 130 would be a better defence surely. Could just say a Zetec Si went flying past and they can beat an M3 according to Passionford and they can only do 100mph

maybe he realised he got caught speeding doing 130mph, then thought shit, i need a way of getting out of this
so he called the police to say his throttle was stuck as an excuse

And to be fair BMW garages are shite. Who heres had a problem with there BMW only for a beemer garage to plug there shitty computer in and say 'sorry chap, we cant find a fault, there for your cars fine'

he didn't want to turn the engine off in case he lost control of the steering?
he apparently boiled the brakes?
he couldn't get it out of gear?
