3G, often overlooked but do some mental contracts..

I'm currently on a £45/month contract but its half price for 6 months after which you can swap for a cheaper one no problem. AND i get double minutes and txt's during that time...

So for £22.50 i get 1200 mins, 800 texts etc

I Went to renew... thought id see if anyone could make me an offer and they all said "O2 online? We cant touch it"

Personally i would never get another o2 contract, unless they pull something out of the bag to sweeten me up! Been waiting for a replacement 6280 for nearing 3 weeks now, 5/6 have been ordered and cancelled by various members of staff, also initially told i had no choice but to make a claim saying id dropped it!! Its just been a non stop headache, getting on for 3/4 hours of calls to them now and after being told on friday that i had 2 handsets on order but neither of them were in stock so the orders would be cancelled and i would have to re-order Monday!! Monday came and at 7:30am i got an email containing a DHL despatch number, the handset was finally delivered today but was delivered to my home not my work address (as specified) Hence i now have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up on my lunch!

Moral of my little rant is that o2 customer service team are totally useless, been told so many lies and so much mis-information in the past 2 and a half weeks its unreal!

Just signed my life away on T mobile, 18month contract Felix 30 had free phone the new Nokia cant remember number lol. £30 in my hand and free head set so not to bad
