at 8K it would be STUPID to sell it, so im sure they wont let it go for that.

25K sounds like a fair price, but cant be many people with pockets that deep for such an unusual car.

Why is the engine size 1,242 cc ???

It's blatently not

Maybe its just the logbook that says it's a 1.25

I'll bet you couldnt get near thirty k if you costed up all the man hours of prepping/modding the shell and the development hours for the rest of it to make it reliable and handle well, maybe a bit less if A1 gave you diagrams and an exact spec list with drawings and measurements of the total conversion and you could just build it.
