Oil pump problems

Evening folks, removed my sump today ready to get it big winged and thought i'd check my oil pump as well. This is what i found





Pump has only done 860 miles
Anyone had anything similar ????

Thats definitely picked bits up.......Was the motor washed out properly when it was rebuilt ?
Check ALL the big ends and mains and blow out all the oil ways before you rebuild it....

UPDATE: Removed the mains and big end caps and the bearings are like new
Removed the sump baffle and there is no swarf/debris in the bottom
Yes Robbie was chemically cleaned before assembly
I'm confused to say the least
